A peachy spring blouse!

pink peach spring blouseEvery year at the beginning of spring, I can’t wait for the weather to get warmer. Because that means the jumpers and cardigans will be replaced by blouses and short sleeves. By this time of year I’m really done with wearing thick and warm fabrics all the time, however comfy they are, I’m ready for the thin and fluttery clothes to make their return.

One of my favourite new purchases is a gorgeous thin blouse, and it’s so appropriate for spring! Because just like my last makeup tutorial, it’s peach!spring pink peach blouse

I love that the blouse is half off-white and half peach coloured. It has small pearl buttons and little splits in the sides. The back is slightly longer than the front. I am so happy with the sleeves! They are long (they easily reach my wrist, which can be hard for me to find) and tight but not too tight at the wrist. It has a small rounded neck, without a collar. I paired it with a pair of grey skinny jeans and my favourite black chunky boots.

I think this look is perfect for the early spring days, when the weather is getting slightly warmer, but it’s not hot enough to wear short sleeves (or, if like me, you’re always cold). I honestly can’t wait for the weather to be nice enough to just go out without a coat and bathe in the sun.pink peach spring blouse

I bought this blouse at a shop called Superstar.

What’s your favourite kind of shirt during those early spring days? Let me know in the comments!
